How I help you
Just as each person is unique, so is the coaching process particular
to the individual client. However, the structure and qualities of
Executive Rescue coaching can be extrapolated and described. The steps
of the process are outlined opposite.
The client's experience - what to expect
-
genuinely being listened to
-
a 'safe space' where you can trust that you will get honest
unbiased feedback and committed support
-
being able safely to 'unpack' whatever situation is causing
stress or discomfort
-
investigating and clarifying your subjective experience; its structure,
drivers and triggers
-
understanding how you created the double-bind of success and dis-stress;
untying the knot
-
developing ownership and choice of response
-
accessing authentic resourceful states
-
getting back in touch with your own values, sense of identity
and purpose
-
recognising how the very qualities that got you to the top may
be precisely the ones that now 'bite you in the bum'!... finding
strategies that are more appropriate for you at this stage in your
career
-
designing and implementing a way of moving forward that is
congruent and effective for you
